Athletic attire, including closed toe athletic shoes, are required in the fitness areas. Shirts must be worn at all times. Room Reservations Room Reservations The Hollywood Recreation Center has several rooms that can be reserved for business meetings, birthday celebrations, bridal or baby showers and family gatherings. All Hollywood Recreation Center classes and facility activities take first priority. Room reservations are not guaranteed. Food and beverages are permitted. This facility does have a oven range and refrigerator. Tables and chairs will be provided at user’s request. Hollywood Recreation Center staff will not assist with the set up of tables or chairs. No other equipment (trash bags, stereos, extension cords, etc) will be provided. The sales of goods, merchandise or services are not permitted on premises. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere within Hollywood Recreation Center. The playing of loud music or the creation of any other disturbing noises will not be permitted anywhere in Hollywood Recreation Center. Setup and cleanup are the responsibility of the renter and should be conducted during the reservation times the renter request. Additional fees will be assessed if rooms are not cleaned, organized and returned to their proper order. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100.00 may be required for certain types of rentals. Clark County reserves the right to bill for any damages or excess cleaning required due to renter use. Follow our Social Media @HollywoodRecCenter L.O.T.F Our L.O.T.F. program is a great way for any teen to develop exceptional leadership skills. This Teen leadership program focuses on community service, leadership development, job training, social recreation and more. How to apply: A Complete L.O.T.F. application must be submitted 2 Letters of recommendation from a non family member Interviews will be scheduled May 9th thru May 15th Mandatory meeting with parent/guardian on 5/17 & 5/31 if selected. ( You must attend these) Applications must be in by 5-1-25 they will not be accepted after this date. Applicants will be selected based on their written application, interview performance, and availability of open positions in the program. For Teens ages 13-17 REFUND POLICY If a class or program is cancelled by the department, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be issued if requested by the close of business on the first day of class. No refunds will be issued after the first day of class. Credits will be issued to the household. Cancelations made to classes are subject to a make up class, if no make up class is offered credits will be issues 1-2 weeks after the last class date of the session. Day Camp registration cancelled by an individual will be refunded 100% only if notice of non-attendance is given by the Wednesday of the prior week.
