Rates vary by room request, date and hours of rental. Rentals are first come, first serve basis. WARMING KITCHEN Should be rented in conjunction with a room. No grills or stove top use. Equipped with refrigerator, oven, and sink. INDOOR RENTAL AREAS MULTI-PURPOSE AREA Perfect for parties (i.e. baby showers, anniversaries, birthdays, graduation, meetings, etc.) Food allowed, but no alcoholic beverages or smoking permitted. CLASSROOM(S) A or B Perfect for small meetings, HOA’S, etc. Food allowed, but no alcoholic beverages or smoking permitted. CLEANING DEPOSIT A cleaning deposit of $100 is due day of event prior to entering room. Deposit is only accepted in form of check or money order. The amount will be refunded if the premises are left clean and undamaged and the renter met all center guidelines. OUTDOOR FIELDS (1-4) SOFTBALL FIELD (5) Perfect for team practices, games, etc. We have 5 fields with lights outdoors. Rates begin at $12/per hour. $10 light permit, 2 hour minimum. The class is designed for children ages 3–5.5 years old and may include activities such as: basketball, floor hockey, soccer, kickball, and t-ball. Parents must remain present during class.
