Participants will learn basic swimming skills, along with the fundamentals of water safety. All activities will be adapted to fit the needs of the participants. This class is offered in a group setting for swimmers with little or no experience in the water. The goal of this class is to build confidence in & around the water. Pool Location: Family Pool (3.5 to 5 feet) Class Goals: To build swimming readiness by emphasizing fun in the water. Adults & children participate in guided classes together. Skills Included: Safe water entry & exit, blowing bubbles, front & back floats, kicking on front & back, freestyle arm movement, underwater exploration, & basic water safety skills.
