Clark County EOP Basic Plan EOP Administration EOP Administration The County’s Emergency Manager will coordinate review, revision, and re-promulgation of this Emergency Operations Plan every two years or when changes occur, such as lessons learned from exercises or events. Changes to the annexes and appendices, and non-substantive changes to the Basic Plan, may be made by the Emergency Manager without formal Board of County Commissioners approval.
